• The service providers connected through CR Septic Services operate independently. As such, CR Septic Services is not directly involved in the execution of septic services and does not act as an employer to these contractors.
• CR Septic Services is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided by independent contractors. Customers are encouraged to address any claims, disputes, or issues directly with the service provider responsible for their service.
• Customers are responsible for verifying the suitability and credentials of the selected service provider for their specific needs. We recommend direct communication with your chosen contractor to discuss service details and expectations.
• All financial transactions, including payments, invoices, and refunds, are handled directly between the customer and the independent service provider. CR Septic Services does not process payments on behalf of contractors or customers.
• We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
